Technical parameters
The GWDL-TSC series high-temperature precision lifting furnace is shown in the figure. It integrates the control system and the furnace chamber in one design.
The furnace lining is made of imported German MESCHUPP vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board material.
Silicon carbide rods or silicon molybdenum rods are used as heating elements. It is a specialized equipment specially developed for laboratories in colleges
and universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy,
electronics, glass, chemical engineering, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals,
and other chemical materials.
The control panel is equipped with a touch screen for control, including the power switch, main heating start/stop button, USB interface, lift switch,
and buzzer, allowing for real-time observation of the system's working status. This product adopts a reliable integrated circuit, providing a good working
environment and strong anti-interference ability. The maximum temperature of the furnace shell is ≤45℃, significantly improving the working environment.
It is controlled by a microcomputer program. Programmable curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, temperature control parameters and programs can
be modified during operation, flexible and convenient, with simple operation.
